1. The key to the holiday home's exterior door is issued to the customer (adult customer) by the Kuutsemäe administrator, and the customer must ensure the key's safety and lock the building when leaving. In case of key loss, the customer must pay the cost of making a new key, which is 25 euros.
2. The use of the holiday home by minors without a responsible adult is prohibited.
3. The use of the holiday home with pets is prohibited without prior agreement. There is an additional fee of 25 euros for pets.
4. The holiday home accommodates only the number of clients corresponding to the number of beds. The installation of extra beds is possible by prior arrangement, and the cost of an extra bed is 15 euros per night.
5. It is prohibited to wear outdoor footwear, smoke, consume narcotics, disturb the peace of fellow residents, and disrupt public order in the holiday home.
6. The holiday home's saunas are equipped with electric stoves, and the customer is responsible for turning the stove on and off and regulating the heat according to the stove's instructions. Keeping the stove hot for more than 4 hours per day is prohibited. Before turning on the stove, it must be ensured that there are no flammable items in the sauna or on the stove.
7. The holiday home's property provided to the customer must be treated with care. In the event of improper use of the holiday home's property (breakage, loss, spoilage, damage, etc.), the customer is obligated to compensate for the incurred financial loss.
8. If the customer does not use the holiday home and its property (furniture, equipment, dishes, etc.) with care, the Center has the right to demand a penalty from the Client of up to 200 euros, in addition to the damaged property amount according to the purchase cost.
9. The customer must maintain cleanliness and order in the holiday home, clean the premises and the territory after themselves, and wash the dishes before leaving. Cleaning supplies are provided in the holiday homes.
